Deadline for taking out insurance:
Products with cancellation insurance must be taken out immediately when booking the trip, however, at the latest 30 days before the planned start of the trip. When trips are booked within the period of 30 days before the scheduled start of the trip, the policy can only be taken out on the booking day or at the latest within the following 3 working days. Saturday is not a working day for us.

All booked travel services of the insured persons (e.g. rental fee caravan / motorhome / mobile home / glamping tent, camping site fee, excursions, costs for arrival and departure, etc.) will be insured at the total trip price. Vacation homes/apartments located on the area of a camping site can also be insured.

The maximum insurable total trip price on the Internet is 10.000 euros. Our ServiceCenter will be glad to help you.
